At Paddock & Pine, we reckon some of the best moments are the simple ones — gathering around a table, sharing good food, firing up the barbecue and spending time with good people.

That’s what sits behind everything we do.

Paddock & Pine is an Australian small business based in Mount Gambier, South Australia, offering handcrafted timber boards, butcher blocks and paddles, along with products for cooking, entertaining and gathering.

Our Story

Paddock & Pine was founded by Rochelle in Mount Gambier after a simple conversation sparked a much bigger idea.

What started as a conversation about handcrafted timber furniture soon became something more focused: creating quality Australian timber products that are made to be used, shared and enjoyed.

Our timber boards, blocks and paddles are handcrafted in a workshop in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia using quality Australian timber featuring Tasmanian Oak.

For us, it’s about making good products, supporting Australian manufacturing and building a business that has genuine roots in the region we call home.

Made Here in the Limestone Coast

Our timber range is proudly manufactured here in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.

Each board has its own grain, colour and character. That natural variation is part of what makes timber such a great material to work with — no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

We choose products that are practical, well made and built for real use. They’re for carving Sunday roasts, preparing brisket, serving up a grazing platter, sliding pizza into a wood-fired oven or simply getting dinner on the table.

They’re made to be used, not tucked away in the cupboard.

More Than Boards

Timber is at the heart of Paddock & Pine, but it isn’t the whole story.

Our range also brings together products that belong around the same table, barbecue and fire — including Australian-made BBQ rubs and seasonings, our Forge fire range and products for timber care.

We also work with businesses looking for Australian-made corporate gifts, custom branding and wholesale supply.

The common thread is simple: products we’re happy to put the Paddock & Pine name behind.
